Delivery Options

UK Biz Printing ofer three standard delivery options unless otherwise stated. The delivery will also depend on the product and quantity of the order. Delivery day's we offer are 5-7 day, 3-4 day and 1-2 day turnaround, this will relate to production time and not the delivery day.

Our free standard delivery is based on a 5 -7 day turnaround on all printed orders. In most cases the approved has been approved by the customer will be sent to the print and the turnaround is usually around 4 days. To make sure of quicker delivery times please use our options available in your checkout page when placing the order  

Our flat rate delivery is based on a 3 – 4 working day’s again approval of artwork from placing the order may result in the print job being quicker.

Our express delivery option for those who are in a hurry to get their print order. For a few pounds extra you can have the order delivered in 1 – 2 working days after receiving satisfactory artwork we will have these printed and posted the next day.

Working days are Monday to Friday

Couriers

Orders are deliverd by our chosen couriers DPD for a fast and efficient service. We may also use other coutiers for larger items and we will inform you the customer on who will be delivering your order. The order must be signed for and we will usually let the customer know the day the delivery is due along with a one hour time slot to ensure somebody is available to sign for the delivery. You may also be given a tracking number so you can arrange for the item to be delivered to a place for you to pick up. This is only for certain couriers some may just let you know the day of delivery with no time slot. The order must be signed for by the person or company employee associated with the work or home premises at the given address for delivery. We will not hold any responsibility nor incur any liability provided that the product was delivered to the address provided by you as part of your order.

CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

IN A WORD THE ANSWER IS YES you will be able to do this in your account at checkout. You will just fill in the option to deliver to alternative address and that is all there is to it. If not you can contact us with your order number and details and we can change the address for you.

WHERE IS MY DELIVERY

In most cases we will keep you up to date with your delivery time. We will send you an email letting you know the delivery day, and an email with a time slot so you can ensure sombody is available to sign for the order

WHERE DO WE DELIVER

We deliver to UK only we don’t deliver to the following places Jersey, Guernsey or the Republic of Ireland, we can deliver to these places and we can set up a delivery option depending on the product. We do send large items like A-Boards or pavement signs using another courier.

Important Information

All our products are inspected before they are loaded on to the delivery truck or van. Please ensure all goods are examined or checked upon delivery for quantity or shortages delivered, make sure you have inspected the goods packaging for any damage that may have happened during shipping. You have inspected the goods for any damage during delivery. Take photos of any damage for proof and notify us within 24hrs from the date the goods arrived. You must sign the delivery note and if items are not inspected you must state this in writing on the delivery note with the driver of the delivery.
